The belt design is well engineered. The ability to adjust the fit with the velcro system allows customization that lever and prong belts cannot match. As a person with a slight umbilical hernia, the abdominal plate gives the support for me to lift without fear of injury. Please bring back your sleeveless hoodie!

What a pleasure it was dealing with this company. I followed their sizing chart but the 1st belt felt too big. Quick email, quick and easy return, great response and concern for my issue and book the replacement size arrived and oh my goodness what a belt this is. Any company can hype up their stuff but for this company and belt it’s all true. I just had double hernia surgery and this belt gives me the protection I need to get back in the lifting game. Even when healed I can feel how this will be a game changer for me to reach new personal weight goals. I like a belt I can pull real tight but doesn’t pinch or bind my skin. This one feels so comfortable yet sturdy. Great job with this design. Highly recommended purchase, if your on the fence and don’t get one of these you’re missing out on a special product.
I absolutely love this belt. It’s incredibly comfortable and lightweight, yet still provides solid support for both my lower back and core during heavy lifts. Unlike traditional bulky lifting belts, this one doesn’t dig in or restrict movement, so I can wear it through full workouts without feeling stiff or compressed. The fit is secure, the design is practical, and it gives me the support I need without the downsides of old-school belts. Hands down better than traditional weightlifting belts—I won’t be going back.
Great all around support when lifting
Only one soft belt in the world that doesnt fail. In 40 years every other soft belt I’ve used the buckle turns 45° under heavy load. This is the only design that consistently works every time without fail. Powerlifting belts unfortunately can dig into compressed discs and move them, so they aren’t an option anymore either.

The NoCo weight belt is one of the best weight belts I've ever used. It doesn't pinch or right up and provides some of the best lumbar and ab support of any weight belt I've ever used. Love how it fits and the versatility of sizing. Some other velcro belts I’ve used in the past don’t hold as tightly after being used for a little while. This thing holds strong and is extremely comfortable to wear while working out. I’ve recommended it to friends and stand behind it to anyone.

Just received the belt. Used it for the first time on back day. Gave me confidence and lifted heavier after 2 sets. I've used several belts, nothing gave me the comfort of this one.
Sturdy and unlike other belts I’ve previously used, I can tighten this one quite easily on my own without any assistance. Really like the design and high quality material used. Definitely recommend getting this belt for heavy deadlifts and squats

4 herniated disc and a no feathers no fur lifter, this belt hits on all levels. back feels great on squats, dead lifts, and over head presses, had to loosen a bit for rows, but that worked great also. the additional support helps me focus on activating my abs and hold through the set.

Great product as far as fabric velcro belts go. It doesn't substitute for the 13mm leather belts I have at all but it'd not meant to. This belt is very comfortable and supportive for what it is - sturdier than other similar belts I've tried.
This belt is excellent for a range heavy 5x5 power lifts and functional Olympic movements. This is my go to when lifts get heavy. It’s practical, light weight, and provides free range of motion while never sacrificing the safety and support to bear heavy weight. For some this belt may not necessarily be ideal for an extreme one rep max, I personally still feel safe to push my limits with NOCO!
I’m 59. Been training consistently since 16 years old. I have owned at least a dozen belts and my NOCO is hands down the best combination of comfort and support. Ever. I have a short torso, and typically during DLs and Squats, every other belt had hot spots and pinch points, so I’d have to loose them. I can cinch my NOCO extremely tight, squat ass to grass in complete comfort. Never going back to anything else.
This is amazing weight lifting belt. I love it. I’m description, sizing all are perfect as described in the website. I highly recommend if anyone thinking to get one.
